Description on Controls

This is similar to Tooltip, but without needing to hover. Currently the way to add description is by adding Text control, but this becomes separate of the control. Having a dedicated Description per control is useful, similar to how Google Form handles it. Also I hope you can make description able to show dynamic values. This is something not possible with Tooltip.
