We use one comprehensive "checklist" per project, each component of that project has its own heading and then assigned taks. We have close to 20 components (headings) some of which can have up to 20 tasks assigned to them. Since each component is handled by a different person, it makes the checklist very busy and slower to navigate when you have to scroll past so many items to find the ones assigned just to you. Having it set-up so each heading expands to show the tasks would be more functional.
