Saved view of checklists splits filters

I created a view of all checklists using the filter "tags / contains / tag 1, tag 2, tag 3" (ie all tags within one filter). the view returned the checklists i wanted. i saved the view, and shared it with my colleague. when they tried to use it, the view returned no results. We noticed the filter was now split out into 3 separate lines "tags / contains / tag 1" "tags / contains / tag 2" etc, and when we recombined these into one filter, the correct results were returned again. can this be fixed? thank you!
