Ability to re-set parameters on in-progress checklists, not just at time of creation

Such as task assignment parameter, would be helpful to override this and set the parameter again if different user is taking over the project and should now be assigned to those tasks. currently not possible to do this on a checklist in progress as many tasks may be hidden or halted preventing assignment changes
