Build templates with AI

Describe a process in a sentence, or import a document you already have, and watch CheckFlow build the template live in the Template Designer. You get sections, steps, fields, conditions, assignments and due dates. You can import: Word documents and spreadsheets PDFs and web pages Exports from other tools Photos of paper checklists Keep the process as written, or tick Improve it as well to have the AI fill gaps and add good practice. The result is an ordinary template that you can edit before anyone runs it. To try it, click + → Template → Generate with AI. For Administrators: Team Management has a new AI tab. From it you can: Turn AI features on or off for the whole team See what your AI credits have been used for Buy extra credit packs Every plan, including the free trial, includes AI credits. Members need the new AI.User permission to use AI features. Your data stays in your region and is never used to train AI models.
