🗑️ Permanently Delete Users — While Keeping Their History

Administrators can now permanently delete a user from their team, not just disable them. Deleting a user removes them from the team completely — they disappear from the Users list, groups, and assignment selectors — while their work history is fully preserved. Completed tasks, comments, and activity still show their name, so your audit trail stays intact. A few things worth knowing: Need only a temporary lockout? Keep using the Active toggle to disable a user — it's reversible and keeps all their settings. Re-inviting later? A deleted user can be invited back with the same email, but they return as a fresh member (groups, role, and permissions are not restored). Using SSO? Remember to also remove the user in your identity provider, or they'll be re-provisioned on their next sign-in. You'll find the new 'Delete' button on each row of the Users tab in Team Management.
