Introducing the Library 📚

We've replaced Template Folders with a brand new Library - a central place for your team to store, organise, and access all of your templates, knowledge base articles, and files in one location. What's new: Folders with permissions - Organise your content into folders and control exactly who can view or edit each one, right down to individual team members or groups. Templates, Articles & Files together - Your process templates, written guides, and uploaded files all live in the same place, making it easier for your team to find what they need. Search & Tags - Quickly find content by name or filter by tag across your entire library. Template Analytics - Expand any template to see active run counts, task completion rates, status breakdowns by user, and average completion times - all in one view. Version History - Every saved version of a template is recorded and can be reviewed at any time. Example Templates - Browse CheckFlow's public library of pre-built process templates and import any of them into your team's Library with one click. What happened to Template Folders? Your existing template folders and their permissions have been automatically migrated into the new Library. Everything is still there - just better organised.
